Catch Up!!!
Hello There Internet!
I AM SOSOSO SORRY!!!!
I haven't posted something in forever! Ooops...
Maybe we should catch up?
So how has life been for you? Good I hope.
Lately, not a lot has been going on in my life, although I have exams coming up! Scary!!!
Since the last time I posted I:
1. Went to the 5SOS concert
As you may know, I bought tickets to see my favourite band, 5 Seconds of Summer. At the beginning of the month, I went to see their No Place Like Home tour. IT WAS AWESOME!!! I had to sit by myself because I wasn't able to get tickets for me and my friend together, but the girls I met next to me were lovely! The atmosphere was great!!! During the Interval, everyone sang at the top of their lungs to "Stacey's Mom". The support act was Mike Dignam, who did a beautiful acoustic session. It was a great night!
I will write another post on the whole concert later.
2. Got Twitter!
Took me awhile but I finally got Twitter! It is so much fun!!! Follow me if you want: Rosey's Twitter. Also tweet me topics you want me to cover in the next post!!!
3. Procratinated...
As I was gone I perfected the art of procrastination. I'm actually doing it right now. Well, kind of... Any way, with exams soon and my need to study increasing, I have found so many ways to pass the time unproductively. This is another topic I'll write about later.
So this was just a short reminder that I am still here, just procratinating!!!

Teen Relationships
Hello There Internet!
So, recently I have seen a shift in relationships both my own and of my friends. Then I started think about the different people that I, as a teenager, have relationships with and how I act with each. I thought that in this post I would explore a few that I have in my life.
Bestie:
Your bestie is your anchor. Your rock. They one you can always turn to. It's really important to have someone like this in your life, someone who knows you the best. This person could be anyone! My bestie's best traits include: confidence, great smile, kind, sarcastic, funny, loving, knows me, can always make me feel better! If your really lucky, you may be blessed with more than one best friend! My advice for you lucky people, and everyone else, is to never let them go!!!
Friends:
Having a good group of friends guarantees that life will just become that little bit easier. Just being able to hang with those who make you feel good and laugh, especially at school, can make any hard day better. Your friends don't always have to share your interests, in fact, most of my friends don't like what I do! I think that if they can make you laugh and feel better then you found your crowd. Sadly, not all friendships are made to last and that's ok. Sometimes you just have to be grateful for the fun times you had. If you have a friendship that is falling apart then don't force yourself into making it work. Let what needs to happen happen. Maybe you just need some space? Maybe you'll drift back together? Don't worry about it and be happy!
Parents:
We all know that we don't always get on with our parents/guardians. We fight with them, don't listen or are just plain rude. Most of the time we think that they are wrong or strict, but really they're not. Sadly, we won't really notice this until we are older and then it's because we have kids of our own. So to every parent/guardian out there, on behalf of all the moody teenagers, I would like to say thank you for all that you do and put up with: the attitude, the ironing, the washing, the cleaning, the stinky socks, the tears, and driving. We know you do so much more and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!! You are very much appreciated. Your actions do not go unnoticed!
For all the teens out there, make sure you say a big thank you to the person who does this for you! And remember that they will love you unconditionally, till the end of time!!!
Siblings:
For those who are unfortunate enough to be an only child, then you won't be able to relate to this. For your benefit, imagine this:
There is another person that lives with you that needs everything you do. Your parents no longer give you all the attention; it is now a competition to earn it. You have to be fast to get what you want or someone else will. There is now another opinion that you have to put up with, which most of the time is the most annoying thing you could hear. There is hardly a day that goes by that you don't have a fight with this other person. You become great at hand to hand combat!!! Welcome to the Sibling Hunger Games!!!
If your lucky enough, like myself, to be blessed with more than one sibling, than these things become more extreme.
Although all these things sound horrible and extreme, I love all of my siblings to death and would never ever want anyone else but them. They are hilarious and make my day so much better!
Partner:
I may not have a boyfriend but for those who do, I would really like to know what advice you have! Share your tips on a good relationship and the positive experiences you have had!
Now in high school, every bloody second day someone has either broken up or got together!!! I think I know one person who currently has a relationship lasting over a year. It's a JOKE! My question is: How serious should a teen relationship (boyfriend/girlfriend) be? By the way they act, it is more serious then I could imagine...
To all those who you do, I would like to give you a few pointers:
- No one wants to see you making out in public!!!
- You can detach from each other (unless your super glued. Then I can't help.)
- Holding hands is an acceptable PDA!
Other than that, do what you want!!!
So that was my view on some relationship in my life at the moment. I hope that you can relate to these and if you have anything to add, write it in the comments!

Rosey's Week
Hello There Internet!
For those who don't know, I don't really have much of a life. My friends like to constantly remind me of this. But when I sat down today to think about my week, I realised how much has happened to me!!! These things may not be big but hey! They're something!!!
1. 5SOS Tickets!!!!
As you might know, I absolutely love 5 Seconds of Summer. For those who don't know, 5 Seconds of Summer are an Australian band from Sydney. The band is made up of 4 guys: Luke Hemmings, Ashton Irwin, Michael Clifford and Calum Hood. They have toured with Hot Chelle Rae and most recently, One Direction. They have been doing their own shows in Europe and America. A few days ago, the boys announced that they would be returning home to tour! After a very stressful hour, I managed to secure tickets. You have no idea how excited I am to be able to go!!!!!!! Definitely the highlight of my year!!!!!!
2. Discovered a New Band!
So today I discovered one of my new favourite bands. After hearing one of their songs, I discovered indie pop band, Echosmith. This band is a sibling band! That's right, they are brothers and sister!!! They started out in 2009 and have recently released their album, Talking Dreams. They are touring around America at the moment, so if you can, go see them!!!!!
Check out my new favourite song:
Bright - Echosmith
3. Netball!
Since I was 7, I have played netball. Today I played my first lot of grading games. Sadly, my team didn't win any but there is always next week! I have played for the same club for about 6-7 years. My team has welcomed 3 new players after we lost three. I think that this year we will do really well!!!
GO SPARKS!!!
P.S. I tripped on court today!!! It was so funny!!! :D
4. Watched a Season Finale!!!
Sadly this week was the season finale of Teen Wolf!!! I love this show a lot and so I was really sad when I realised that I would have to wait till June to see the show again!!! On Tuesday night, when I finally got to watch the finale, lets just say that I crumbled. The episode was so sad with the death of yet another main character! I literally was curled up in a ball of emotion. I'm pretty sure I cried for like 30 minutes over a two minute scene! I then watched it with my friend and cried yet again! And to make things worse, my other favourite obsession, The Walking Dead, is releasing its season finale next week!!! Get ready for another 40 minutes of tears!!!
So that is pretty much the highlights of my week. I hope you liked this post. Leave a comment about your week or anything exciting you have planned for this year!!!

Drawing!
Hello There Internet!
I get bored quite easily so you'll usually find me doing something absolutely pointless and randomly. Lately that thing has been drawing. I'm not too bad but I always draw something absolutely weird - like me! Here are some I did lately:
Tell me what you think and if you want to see more drawings!

Time Capsule: The First
Hello There Internet!
Firstly, I would like to start by apologising to all of you for not posting anything in forever. I just haven't had any ideas or motivation. My bad! I promise that this won't happen again.... hopefully.
So I have come up with something that will let you get to know me better and allow me to keep track of things that I want to remember. These posts are going to be called "Time Capsules". Each will consist of something such as an event or memory.
Here we go:

Time Capsule #1
So for those who don't know me, I really don't like to open up about things that are personal. People think I'm really open and easy to read but my close friends know that I am the exact opposite. But fellow blogger, Luke Day, told me that I should open up to you guys. So here it is:
- I have never been kissed
- My Favourite colour is Yellow
- I love Daffodils but I don't know why!
- I love performing but get serious stage fright
- I want to study at UCLA
- I am an aspiring writer
- I want to work the movie business
- I talk to myself
- I play bass guitar
- I want to start a band but am too scared
One thing that I am very proud of and never want to forget was when I participated in the World's Greatest Shave. I was 10 years old when I shaved my hair and raised $2,500 for the Leukaemia Foundation, thanks to the help of family and strangers. I've always wondered who that money helped and how much easier it made their lives.
I hope that this was personal enough. If not tell me so I get make it better!
Hope this gave you a look into the real me.
